Subscription and End-User License Agreement |

Please read this Agreement before logging onto this Web site, JuniorGeographer.com. Use of this Web site constitutes acceptance of this Agreement. September 1, 2005 Subscription Conditions Subscribers will receive one Teacher Password for one teacher's use and one Student Password to be used by all students of the subscribing teacher. The Teacher Password is required for access to the Teacher's Guide section of the site. The subscribing teacher and the students he or she teaches are all considered subscribers to this Web site. These passwords may not be shared with any person not a subscriber. Should you become aware of any breach of the Web site, such as theft or unauthorized use of your password, please notify Nystrom immediately. Teachers must log on and register before students can gain access to the site. Subscribers may access the Web site from any computer at any location where there is an Internet connection. Multiple users may log onto the Web site simultaneously from different locations. Term of the subscription The Subscriber shall have access to the site for as long as the site remains active. Restrictions on Use of Materials Nystrom has sole discretion in determining violations of this Agreement. Nystrom owns and operates this Web site. You and/or your students may print out any of the materials from this site for personal, non-commercial, or classroom use, provided all copyright and other proprietary notices remain intact. You may not sell or otherwise distribute any of the materials on this site or use any of the materials on any other Web site. Use of the materials other than as permitted in this license will violate Nystrom's copyright and other proprietary rights. Nystrom may suspend your access to the Web site and terminate this Agreement for any use that Nystrom believes is a violation of this Agreement. Disclaimers Nystrom has provided useful links to online resources to support your curriculum. Because Web sites change from time to time, Nystrom cannot guarantee or be responsible for their content or the possibility that their addresses (URLs) may also change.
